Lead Sales Refund Policy

All sales of leads are final.  There are no refunds.

This is simply due to the fact that if you buy a State for leads then we do not have the ability to sell that State somewhere else.  We spent our time setting up your account and making sure everything was working for you.  You will continue to receive leads throughout your billing period.  You may cancel any future billings.

If you paid by Paypal, you will need to go into your Paypal account and cancel the subscription prior to the next months billing.

If for some reason the amount of leads you are receiving does not work out out to less than $12.50 per lead after having subscribed for 3 full months, then we will skip future billings until you reach that point. 

You will need to contact us to alert us of this issue.  If you do not contact us we will assume you have accepted the higher average lead cost.

We do not warrant or represent any type of closing ratio or contact ratio as those are your job as a sales person.  We simply provide you the opportunity.  All information on the lead is deemed correct as entered by the borrower.  We do not exchange or credit leads due to incorrect information entered by the borrower.
